"We stayed on a busy night with a concert and other events in town. They were not equipped to deal with the crowd. The valet was backed up into the street and we tried self park, but it was shut down. It took us almost an hour to get parked. The next morning, the Starbucks line was 30 deep and the valet took 40+ minutes to get our car. The hotel is very nice and we have stayed here before with no issue, it just seems they are not well equipped to handle a big crowd."

"The room was great. The key maker was broke or something and it took an hour to check in. Only one worker at the front desk. "
